The Festival of Healing 2026
What does it mean to live a flourishing life – body, mind, heart and spirit?
This year’s Healing Festival invites us to pause, breathe and explore what helps us become more fully alive. Together, we’ll draw on ancient wisdom, new practices and the growing understanding of health, wellbeing and human flourishing.
Through worship, teaching, conversation, a special keynote and practical workshops*, we’ll explore spiritual intelligence and the wisdom of ancient Christian practices, alongside The Life In Fullness, Together Programme (LiFT) – a holistic approach to health, habit formation and lasting change. We’ll discover how simple practices like breathing can shape the way we live, deepen our wisdom and wellbeing, and bring us together. It is a day of faith, community, healing and science – this is the GoHealth Way.
It will also be a moment to celebrate where GoHealth is heading: growing not simply as an organisation, but as a community of people who believe that faith and health belong together, and who want to see healing become part of everyday life.
Our Chair will share the vision for the journey ahead, and we’ll gather for our AGM as part of our shared life and work.
Most of all, this is a day to breathe, become and belong – to make space for God, for ourselves and for one another. Together we will (re-)discover what might grow when we practise a healthier, wiser and more wholehearted way of living together in the name of Jesus, for the healing and flourishing of all creation.
Whether you’re a long-time member or brand new to GoHealth, you are welcome. Come and join in a movement of healing, hope and belonging.

Keynote lecture: Rewilding, rebellion and healing

We are thrilled that the GoHealth Annual lecture will be delivered by Steve Coles, the outgoing Chair of the Board. In this talk he will share his experiences of co-founding and running Wild & Other Ltd, an award-winning rewilding project based in north east Derbyshire which is restoring 20 acres of land for nature, people and planet to flourish. Alongside this he will offer what he has learnt about health, healing, hope, faith and rest, and a bit about rebellion too! Whether you or your church have a garden, just love nature, enjoy being on an allotment or want to think more about the role of creation around us in the healing of individuals and communities, you’ll find something for you in this talk.
Steve works in a variety of leadership, governance and advisory roles in the social sector, with particular expertise in homelessness, housing and health. He is the co-founder of Wild & Other Ltd, which is rewilding 20 acres of land in Derbyshire for the restoration of both people and planet. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Spitalfields Crypt Trust, an addictions recovery and homelessness charity in east London. Steve is an Associate Director of the Good Faith Partnership, Chair of Trustees of social housing charity J49 and a Trustee of Oasis Community Housing. He lives with his family in south west London and is part of a Salvation Army church there.
