Prayer is communication between us and the God who loves us more than we can comprehend. Prayer needs no special skills, it is not a shopping list of hopes, it is not something that is only done in churches. It is about expressing our deepest desires to the one that wants us to flourish. There are times in everyone’s life where it all gets too much, or when things look very bleak and we want to feel the comfort of knowing that there are people holding you or a situation in prayer.
The GoHealth community is our network of people many of whom feel called to pray for you, even though you will probably never meet them. For us, prayer is not a ‘hope’; they will hold the suffering of people in the gaze of God knowing in faith that God will help. They believe the radical promise of Jesus that we can through prayer ask anything of God, and that God will hear and respond in love.
