O Almighty Father,
Who heals both bodies and souls,
Who sent your Only-Begotten Son,
Our Lord Jesus Christ,
To heal every disease and sickness and
To redeem us from death;
Deliver us, we humbly pray,
And all your sick and suffering children,
From all infirmities
Both of soul and body which hinder us,
And quicken us by the Grace of Christ;
For You are the Fountain of Healing,
O our God, unto You do we give the Glory,
With Your Only-Begotten Son,
Who with the Holy Ghost,
Lives and reigns ever One God, world without end.
Amen.
