God who cares for us, Help us to take care of ourselves in simple and ordinary daily practices. Forgive us for being preoccupied with many things, overlooking what truly matters. Ignite us with passion and purpose, aflame without burning out. Heal the woundedness that seeks superficial solutions to our pain.
