We have all learnt so much about waiting over the past two years. Waiting for restrictions to lift, waiting for lateral flow test results, waiting in line for your turn in the local shop, waiting for the news of cases and fatalities to come down – Waiting in and through a global pandemic has taken us all into new places of uncertainty.
Advent is the traditional time of year when Christians wait and we would love you to be part of the GoHealth Waiting Well Advent Journey. Interweaving scripture, prayer and the wisdom of the Christian faith into each day of Advent, we will learn how to wait well together for the birth of Jesus. Daily practices will help us grow in patience and joy, becoming more healthy and hopeful, at a time that is often chaotic, in a world that is full of uncertainty.
