Being trauma informed is a compassionate and essential skill for a Gospel centred ministry. In this course we draw on neuro-science to learn wise and compassionate ways to respond to anyone who has been affected by trauma so that we can build communities that are safe for all.
Many of us carry experiences that have shaped us in ways others cannot always see.
Learning to be trauma-informed helps us respond with greater understanding, care, and compassion – towards ourselves and towards others. Itโs a vital part of building communities where people feel safe, supported, and able to flourish.
This course gently introduces key insights from neuroscience alongside a Christian understanding of healing, helping you recognise the impact of trauma and respond in ways that bring hope rather than harm.
Designed by GoHealth, itโs a reflective and practical resource for anyone who wants to grow in awareness, compassion, and the ability to support healthier relationships and communities.
